As a rule, orders received by 12:00 noon (cut-off time) are shipped the same business day. We work with reliable shipping providers for both national and international deliveries. Within Germany, over 90% of standard shipments arrive at the customer’s address the next day.

We receive returns centrally on your behalf, inspect the goods, and – depending on their condition – either restock them or dispose of them properly. Upon request, you’ll receive a transparent return report including photos and comments.
