  • and much more, according to customers’ wishes

We also offer a wide range of services for electronic products:

  • Replacement parts shipment

Many years of experience providing services to small, medium and large enterprises, as well as processes tailor-made for the individual needs of our customers, form the basis of our optimal handling of the complete returns process.

You receive from us an overview, updated daily, of all your service cases and inventories. Our online tracking system allows you an up-to-date view of your service cases and the corresponding status, number, service types and inventories. With one click you can easily export data into Excel for possible further analyses. In addition to the daily overview of your service cases and inventories, we of course conduct individual analyses (per product or product type, type of service, warehouse, etc.).
