Thanks to this feature you are always fully informed about your service segment and, among other things, you have a comprehensive overview of the services provided, frequently faulty products, type and number of deliveries and/or complaints, etc., and this information is always transparent and up-to-date. As a result, you receive optimal support in planning and managing your core business.
